Taking part in the slots, honoring the queen and cleansing the bay – The Virginian-Pilot

“The Daily Peeps”
Students in Maria Carter’s 3D art class at York High School created the Daily Press news building, encompassing global and local events in the news. Each section holds a message and meaning, creating a cohesive piece that ensures happiness by all who take time to look at it. Our title leaves observers with the idea that Peeps took over the Daily Press, not wreaking havoc but bringing awareness to the ongoing news around our nation.
