San Francisco Bay Space to Host Tremendous Bowl LX in 2026

This was announced by the National Football League Super Bowl LX will be hosted in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2026, with the game being played at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara.
The announcement was made today at the NFL Spring League Meeting in Minneapolis, following a review of the proposal by the Fan Engagement & Major Events Advisory Committee and a vote by all owners.
“The Bay Area was an incredible host to Super Bowl 50 and we’re excited to bring the Super Bowl back,” said the NFL commissioner ROGER GOODELL. “We look forward to working with the 49ers and the Bay Area Host Committee to create an impressive Super Bowl LX in 2026 that showcases all the great things the region has to offer.”
Super Bowl LX takes place exactly ten years after Levi’s® Stadium hosted Super Bowl 50 in 2016 and is the second stadium to be hosted since it opened in 2014. According to an independent study, Super Bowl 50 brought nearly $250 million to the Bay Area economy

As part of Super Bowl LX activities, the Bay Area will host a highly anticipated list of Super Bowl week events including NFL Honors, Super Bowl Experience, Super Bowl Opening Night and an extensive community program. The events are expected to take place across the Bay Area, providing visitors and residents with unlimited opportunities for memorable experiences leading up to the game.
