Gusts of up to 45 km/h expected. For the Freeze Advisor,
Temperatures as low as 34 lead to frost formation.
* WHERE… North Salinas Valley, Hollister Valley and Carmel
Valley and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast.
* WHEN… For the wind consultation, Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST
Friday. For the frost notice from midnight tonight to 9am
PST Thursday.
* EFFECTS… Gusty winds can sweep around unsecured objects. trees
thrown off and power failures may occur. frost and
Frost conditions affect unprotected/slightly protected animals
populations, kill crops, other sensitive plants and possibly
damage unprotected outdoor installations.
Be extra careful when driving, especially when driving at high speed
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
