A fire early Monday morning in San Francisco’s Panhandle neighborhood charred three duplexes and left two people injured, one who leaped from a window, spokespeople for the Fire Department said.

At least 100 firefighters battled the flames that ignited at 3:45 a.m., devouring a three-story Edwardian building in the 700 block of Masonic Avenue, then spreading to homes on either side of it. The person who jumped out of a window sustained minor injuries, while a second victim had to be escorted out and evaluated by paramedics, said Lt. Mariano Elias, a Fire Department spokesperson.

A third person, apparently not involved in the fire, crossed the caution tape and attempted to climb a ladder truck, Elias said. Paramedics intervened and transported the person to a facility for a psychiatric evaluation.

More than 40 other residents were evacuated to the John Adams campus of San Francisco City College, with assistance from Red Cross volunteers, according to San Francisco police incident logs.

Videos captured at the scene show the fast-moving fire charring the entire facade of the first building, which was undergoing construction, Elias said. Thick plumes of smoke choked the air as the fire gnawed through the building’s floors, causing them to partially collapse before it burned the two neighboring buildings.

As of 6 a.m., firefighters had largely quashed the blaze and were putting out spot fires that continued to smolder. Emergency responders had shut down Masonic Avenue between Grove and Hayes streets, and officials said the roads would likely remain closed for hours. Fire Department investigators were on the scene trying to determine what caused the fire.

Over the next several hours displaced residents began hauling their possessions onto the sidewalk. A bicycle and a pair of sneakers sat amid piles of bags and suitcases, and a woman emerged from one of the damaged homes with clothes dangling from a hanger. People began loading items into an SUV as passersby stopped to stare at the rubble.

The burned building was a shell, gutted down to joists and beams. Contractors who arrived to work on the construction project milled around outside.

Two stalled Cruise robotaxis blocked a San Francisco ambulance from getting a pedestrian hit by a vehicle to the hospital in an Aug. 14 incident, according to first responder accounts. The patient later died of their injuries.

“The patient was packaged for transport with life-threatening injuries, but we were unable to leave the scene initially due to the Cruise vehicles not moving,” the San Francisco Fire Department report, first reported by Forbes, reads. “The fact that Cruise autonomous vehicles continue to block ingress and egress to critical 911 calls is unacceptable.”

But a Cruise spokesperson told The Standard that “We did not impede the vehicle from getting to the hospital,” adding that, “What the fire department said is not accurate.”

The accounts say the incident happened in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood at Seventh and Harrison streets, close to a Cruise car depot. The ambulance driver could not quickly leave the scene with a critically injured patient due to the autonomous vehicles blocking the ambulance’s path, the report said.

Police “attempted manual takeover of the autonomous vehicles, but were unsuccessful,” the report stated. The fire department then had to ask police to move their patrol vehicles from unblocked lanes.

Cruise spokesperson Tiffany Testo told SFGate one of the robotaxis cleared the scene, leaving a clear path for the ambulance.

It’s unclear which robotaxi company boasts a better safety record, yet Cruise cars appear to have had more incidents involving injuries, according to publicly available reports from the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Waymo and Cruise reported 103 and 68 collisions in San Francisco since Jan. 1, 2022, according to the latest records available from the DMV.

READ MORE: Waymo Robotaxis Crashed More Than Cruise in San Francisco, but Cruise Had More Injuries

Both Cruise and Waymo cleared the last regulatory hurdle toward full driverless deployment at a California Public Utilities Commission hearing in August that allowed both companies to charge for 24/7 driverless rides throughout the city, despite heavy protest from activists and taxi drivers. The state told Cruise to cut its fleet in half after a crash with a fire truck injured a passenger.

Now get ready for something NEWS.

IN LOCAL NEWS:

• In a story that shouldn’t surprise you—but if it does, please read the Mercury more often—the company Rapid Response Bio Clean, which the city uses to conduct homeless evacuation, was instructed to pay a homeless person for their personal belongings who do this company carelessly discarded during a 2020 search. Don’t be shocked if this is just the first of many lawsuits of this nature that have been sparked by these cruel and patently inhumane raids. Our Courtney Vaughn has the story.

• After most of Oregon’s Republicans decided to go back to doing what taxpayers paid them to do, lawmakers are rapidly passing new bills — including one that would tighten annual increases in rent and bills by landlords The would add a ton of money to the coffers for various needs such as disaster preparedness and response, food and child welfare, pay increases for government employees and special education teachers, funding for gun inspections, community violence prevention programs, and MUCH more. (Oh, and let’s not forget the $1 billion I-5 bridge replacement that critics are raving about.)

A last-minute proposal to allocate $1 billion in Oregon bonds for a new — and larger — I-5 bridge between Portland and Vancouver has project critics alarmed. https://t.co/IsocwUyQlY

           — Portland Mercury (@portlandmercury) June 20, 2023

• In other MONEY NEWS: The Portland City Council is considering a significant pay rise for… the councilman — but that wouldn’t begin until 2025, when a new 12-member council takes office. The intention is to pay city leaders a living wage so we have a more diverse group of people at the helm and not just wealthy folks just catering to the needs of their wealthy fellows. (And good morning, Commissioner Gonzalez!)

• If you’re a fan of the very entertaining farming simulation video game Stardew Valley, don’t miss this interview with the creator, which among other things proves that the game is set right here in the Pacific Northwest.

The suspect, accused of using a metal pipe to attack a former San Francisco fire officer, was released from custody on Thursday and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing at the end of May.

Former San Francisco Fire Department Commissioner Don Carmignani suffered serious injuries after he was attacked with a metal pipe by a suspect outside his mother’s San Francisco home in early April, according to prosecutors. According to the prosecutor, Carmignani was therefore unable to testify in the preliminary hearing on Thursday.

The judge on the case granted the prosecution’s request to postpone the hearing to May 23 and released suspect Garret Doty, whom San Francisco police had charged with assault with a deadly weapon, from prison.

Kleigh Hathaway, Doty’s public defender, claims her client was not the attacker in the incident but rather protected himself from the former firefighter, who she says attacked several homeless people with bear spray, including Doty.

Hathaway also released surveillance video, which she says showed Carmignani attacking Doty with bear spray minutes before Carmignani was attacked with the metal pipe.

On April 5, Carmignani called 911 to report three homeless people at a camp outside his mother’s home in the affluent Marina neighborhood, he said in a statement to CNN.

“That evening I arrived at my mother’s house and told these individuals to leave,” Carmignani said in the statement. “The incident culminated in one of the people pulling out a piece of metal pipe and hitting me on the head several times.”

Carmignani was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery, his statement said.

Carmignani’s attorney, Samuel Ray, said in a statement that the San Francisco Police Department did not respond to the morning call about people camping outside his client’s home and that “no one from the SFPD or the DA’s office ever conducted an interview or attempted to conduct an interview.” Don on his version of events.”

CNN questioned SFPD about Ray’s allegation. The District Attorney says the SFPD has requested an interview on multiple occasions.

Other homeless victims, says the public defender

Video from outside a gas station shared by Camignani’s lawyer appears to show the former firefighter trying to defend himself while being hit by a man with a metal pole. The video does not show the moments before the altercation.

A separate video, also provided by Carmignani’s lawyer and apparently taken from a nearby building, shows the former city official running down the street with Doty at his heels, swinging his rod at Carmignani’s head as he flees .

Doty’s public defender told reporters Wednesday the case was a self-defense case, in part because she says there appears to be a repeating pattern of someone matching Carmignani’s description allegedly walking within a four-block area between November 2021 and his attacked homeless people with bear spray and January 2023, based on police reports provided to her by prosecutors and police.

“In all of them the victims are not housed, the victims are either sleeping in their tents, sitting on a bench and minding their own business,” Hathaway said, citing police reports of eight separate attacks on homeless people included in discovery evidence that she has received. “Luckily, one of them was caught on video.”

CNN has requested the police reports but has not yet received them.

Carmignani has denied being the person in the videos of the bear spray attacks and says he did not commit any of the attacks.

A copy of the video provided by the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office shows an apparently homeless man sleeping outside on a sidewalk. According to Hathaway, the video was recorded in November 2021 on the same street as Carmignani’s residence.

“He goes and sprays a giant can of bear spray – the same gun that was used in the Doty incident – he sprays this bear spray on the homeless. Don’t just walk by, focus on the victim’s face for at least a few seconds and then walk away,” she says.

“This man is described as 5’10”, 6’1″, 280, 300 pounds, gray hair, brown hair. Very similar and apt to what Mr. Carmignani looks like,” she said.

“I am confident that my client was aware of his (Carmignani’s) past violence,” Hathaway said, captioning an April 5 video that appears to show the first confrontation between Carmignani and her client. In that video, Hathaway says Doty can be seen running away, and the “first thing he does” is crouch down and cover his head with this coat, “implying that he’s experiencing the violence of the bear spray.” knows and has been exposed to this violence in previous incidents.”

When asked why Carmignani wasn’t charged in connection with the homeless attack, San Francisco District Attorney Brooks Jenkins told reporters Wednesday, “Nothing has been submitted to our office by the police requesting that they do anything for their purpose.” the indictment.”

Jenkins stated that she viewed a video, but that “it’s just an allegation at the moment as to who it is” and that further investigation is needed.

Jenkins added that prosecutors will continue to focus on the April 5 incident. “I am concerned about the incident that brings us to court today,” she said. “So this specific incident and what was happening at that point in time is what is primarily relevant at this point.”

According to Jenkins, Carmignani has not yet given an interview to the San Francisco Police Department, although he did do a sit-down interview with CNN affiliate KPIX.

A golden retriever has skyrocketed serotonin levels online as he gets excited every time he sees the caretaker.

In a series of videos, Gordy, who lives in Tampa, Fla., is walking down the hall when he hears the man’s keys jingle. He then runs down to be greeted by his “favorite person”.

His owner added text to the story, and she points out that Gordy can’t contain his excitement as he leaps onto the man until he patiently sits down for a treat.

The video seen here was shared by TikTok user @goldengordy and has been viewed by over 428,000 people. More than 56,000 people have liked the video about the golden retriever’s unlikely friendship with the man.

Stock photo of a golden retriever. A golden retriever’s reaction to the caretaker went viral. gorodenkoff/iStock/Getty Images Plus

The American Kennel Club describes Golden Retrievers as “sociable, trustworthy, and supportive family pets that are relatively easy to train.” They approach life joyfully and playfully and maintain this puppy behavior into adulthood.”

The Trusted Registry of Purebred Dog Breeds in the United States also states that Golden Retrievers are good with young children and families and are extremely outgoing with strangers. So it’s no surprise that Gordy gave the man a warm welcome in the video.

Gordy’s reaction has put smiles on thousands of faces and sparked conversations on TikTok, but research shows pets are a great way to meet people.

Researchers from the University of Western Australia, Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and the WALTHAM Center for Pet Nutrition surveyed nearly 2,700 men and women in four cities: Perth, Australia; San Diego, California; Portland, Oregon; and Nashville, Tennessee.

Owning a pet was the third most common way they met people in their neighborhood, according to survey participants. The survey found that pet owners are 60 percent more likely than non-pet owners to meet people in their neighborhood they didn’t know before.

Another commented, “Needed this after a bad week.”

“It would be great to be greeted by Gordy every day,” said another.

Another TikToker wrote, “When dogs are so excited to see you, you just feel your best.”

Previously, Newsweek published the moment a postman “overreacted” to a dog, as well as viral video of a postal worker recording dogs greeting him during his shift.

Newsweek reached out to @goldengordy for comment. We have not been able to verify the details of the case.

The death of Lucile Randon, a French nun who died on January 17, 2023 at the age of 118 years and 340 days has added another person to the top of the list.

Now the world’s oldest living person is Maria Branyas Morera, an American-born woman from Spain who is currently 115 years and 320 days old (as of January 18, 2023).

Maria was born in San Francisco in 1907 to a Catalan family from Spain. Maria’s family had immigrated to San Francisco in 1906, a year before she was born.

Although Maria’s family emigrated to the United States, they later moved back to their homeland in Catalonia, Spain, in 1915.

On board the ship bound for Spain, Maria fell ill and permanently lost hearing in one ear. Then her father died of tuberculosis, leaving Maria’s mother to raise the children alone.

Maria married in 1931 and had three children.

In 2020, Maria is said to have 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was believed to be the oldest woman in Spain at the time and despite being diagnosed with Covid-19, she had only mild symptoms and beat the disease.

On March 4, 2022, Maria celebrated her 115th birthday. She had survived two world wars, the Spanish Civil War and global pandemics.

Maria currently resides in a nursing home where she has lived since the mid 90’s. She is said to be active on Twitter and Instagram.

As for her secret to longevity, Maria has claimed that she was just lucky to have good health.

Homelessness in the Bay Area has become such a problem people are being urged to give their spare rooms over to the homeless.

Some charities have urged local families – who are sick of seeing the homeless crisis on their doorsteps – to do something about it personally by taking unhoused people into their own homes and spare rooms – and some schemes have little to no compensation.

Christi Carpenter, executive director of East Bay nonprofit Safe Time, which places homeless families and college students in spare bedrooms for one-to-six months, told Mercury News: ‘This is something that someone can do when they just feel that despair of ‘ oh my gosh, I just can’t stand seeing these poor people on the streets near my home.’

Since 2017, the group has made more than 60 placements. There are an estimated 30,000 homeless in the five-county Bay Area – which are comprised of the East Bay, North Bay, South Bay, Peninsula and the city of San Francisco regions.

The mayor of the Richmond, located in the East Bay county of Contra Costa about 20 miles from downtown San Francisco, has set up a program to match homeless people with local landlords who have empty apartments.

Funded by private donations, it will pay the landlords a year’s rent up front to encourage them to forgo the usual credit, employment and background checks for tenants.

‘That’s the carrot,’ Mayor Tom Butt told DailyMail.com, adding that they were paid the market rate.

‘But we have had some landlords come forward and offer it lower, as they want to participate.’

Asked whether people expressed concern about the potential dangers of welcoming homeless people into their homes or apartments, he insisted that people care more about the plight of unhoused people and the homeless camps.

‘They are more concerned with the homeless camps,’ he said. ‘People want to see solutions, and want to be part of the solution.’

He also claims he has not faced any concerns about the tenants from those housing them, because as the apartments were lower end in the first place – so they would always attract renters with less secure and affluent circumstances.

Richmond Mayor Tom Butt (right) insists people in his city located 20 miles from San Francisco were more concerned about helping the homeless than the potential dangers of taking in a homeless person – but Richie Greenberg (left) slammed the scheme as ‘creepy’

Zach Stein and his wife housed a young woman for three months in 2020 through Safe Time, putting her up in their Bay Area home in the city of Albany.

‘In some ways, it was really weird,’ he said.

But they intend to do it again, once their newborn is older – explaining that they were able to buy their house because they inherited money, and they want to share that good luck with those less fortunate.

‘Being in a position to do that, especially in a place like the Bay Area, it felt really important to us to find ways to open that up.’

Another group, the Homecoming Project, houses former prisoners – paying homeowners in Alameda and Contra Costa counties $30 a day to house someone in a spare bedroom for six months.

Each former inmate is matched with a case manager to help them find a job and save money for a permanent home. Sex offenders aren’t eligible.

‘When we first started talking about this project people thought we were crazy. You’re going to put somebody from prison into somebody’s house?’ said Aishatu Yusuf, vice president of innovation programs at Impact Justice, which runs the project.

But the nonprofit has housed nearly 70 people so far, none of whom have gone back to jail or prison.

And on Thursday, the San Francisco department of homelessness will hold a seminar to encourage landlords to rent out their homes for the homeless, with the local government picking up the tab.

The schemes are just the latest attempt to solve San Francisco’s homeless problem, which in December forced Mayor London Breed to declare a state of emergency. Over 8,000 people are currently believed to be homeless in the city – up from 5,600 a decade ago.

However, not everyone is happy with the solution.

Richie Greenberg, the only Republican to challenge Breed and her fellow Democrats in the 2018 special election, told DailyMail.com the schemes were a publicity stunt and downright ‘creepy.’

‘The sheer number of people, and the reasons behind them being homeless, means it won’t have an impact,’ he said.

Greenberg, a small business advisor, said that because the majority of the homeless were mentally ill or drug addicts, they would not be assisted by the programs.

What was needed, he said, was more facilities for drug rehabilitation and a way of caring for the mentally ill so they did not harm themselves or others.

Drug use is rampant among the homeless in San Francisco, and the addicts will not be helped by the new schemes

He said the idea of individuals opening up their doors for the common good was not new – especially in San Francisco – but it was not a long-term, scalable solution.

‘This is not a new idea – it’s been floated for many years,’ he said. ‘Particularly in San Francisco – it goes back to freedom, and the summer of love, and hippies and communal houses, with strangers crashing on your couch.

‘It’s not an unheard of concept. But we’re not talking about flower children. Now it gets a bit absurd.’

Greenberg continued: ‘A very high percentage of San Francisco’s homeless people are homeless because they are addicted to drugs or mentally ill. So the number of candidates is going to be quite limited.

‘It won’t be the mentally ill or drug addicts, who account for around 60-70 percent.’

He said the proposal was ‘unrealistic’. ‘Secondly, it’s creepy,’ he said.

‘If you are looking for a room mate, that’s one thing – you can check references, and talk to people at their previous places. But these are not that kind of people. A lot are down on their luck.’

Back in Richmond, Mayor Butt, 77, joined forces with the Rotary Club to match unhoused people with local landlords – and has already placed a family of six, including four children, who were living in an RV encampment.

‘I got disgusted at throwing all this money at the problem without any thought of the end result,’ Butt told DailyMail.com.

‘I had access to some funding and thought I can’t solve the whole problem. But I can move people out of RVs and tents into apartments.

‘So I partnered with the local Rotary Club, and they pivoted to prioritizing people in housing, rather than showers for camps.’

Butt said he had to ‘provide some kind of incentive to landlords,’ and so he is paying the year’s rent up-front.

Richmond’s homeless issue is comparatively small, with estimates of between 300 and 1,000 homeless people. Butt believes it is nearer to the lower end of the scale.

‘The big picture is that there are 160,000 homeless people in California, and unless we do something different, there will still be 160,000 ten years from now.

‘If you take those 160,000 and multiply that by the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment, the cost is $1 billion.

‘California’s state budget is $300 billion a year. So for less than one percent of the annual state budget, you have provided housing for all.’

Asked what he would say to those who argue his plan would encourage homeless to flock to California from other states, in search of free housing, he said it was a risk they could ‘work out’ if it happened.

‘None of the things that are happening now are working,’ he said.

‘None have an end game. They are just throwing money at it.

‘Last year, in Richmond, we spent $1.5 million just servicing homeless camps – with that money, we could have bought 77 one-bed or studio apartments.

‘We’re the richest country in the world, and California brags about being the fifth largest economy.

‘But if we can’t sort this out, we’re lame.’

The race to fill David Chiu’s open seat in California Assembly District 17 didn’t receive much attention in the Feb. 15 primary. Only 36% of registered voters participated. And the results were close, with San Francisco Supervisor Matt Haney earning a less than 1,000-vote over former Supervisor David Campos.

And yet events since the primary have demonstrated how San Franciscans can ill afford to be so apathetic about this seat.

Consider the recent ruling that would have frozen an enrollment increase at UC Berkeley under the guise of a dubious California Environmental Quality Act (known as CEQA) challenge. Only last-minute action from the state Legislature saved thousands of kids from being unfairly rejected. Then, there was Supervisor Gordon Mar’s stunning admission this month that he views four-plex legislation in San Francisco “as a way to circumvent” state housing law.

Clearly, we need an aggressive legislator in District 17 willing to close loopholes that allow the status quo to fester.

Thankfully, there remains a candidate in the race who we believe can rise to that challenge: Haney.

A politically savvy progressive with nuanced views on mental health, criminal justice and transportation, Haney has been a leading voice for compassion on addiction issues in San Francisco and for more public toilets for homeless residents. He entered office years ago with a recalcitrant approach to building housing, but has since become a reliable supporter of pragmatic solutions to the regional housing crisis. We commended him for this evolution.

Though we have criticized Haney in the past for authoring headline-seeking legislation, we believe that his changing views on housing are emblematic of his maturation as a politician. His campaign has offered a detailed list of policy prescriptions that reflect this growth, many bold and innovative. He is an enthusiastic supporter of California entering the real estate business to build “social housing” — mainly mixed-income developments that would allow residents across the class spectrum the opportunity to rent and own beside one another.

In his endorsement interview with The Chronicle, Haney did not shy away from sharing his views on politically fraught issues such as amending CEQA to better bring it into compliance with a 21st century understanding of environmental harm. He was clear that he viewed reform as essential, while still expressing a desire to preserve the most meaningful aspects of the law that protect vulnerable communities. Among the ideas he proposed was a legislative fix to expedite the approvals process when municipal abuse CEQA to stymie development — such as what San Francisco supervisors did with the infamous 469 Stevenson development.

Haney’s opponent, Campos, meanwhile, was vague on CEQA, saying in an interview that he was “open to reform” while failing to offer specific fixes. Campos has been a fierce advocate for social, racial and economic justice throughout his career in politics, but his vagueness on CEQA was largely characteristic of his current campaign, which has been short on ideas. Campos’ past work in pushing for homeless navigation centers throughout San Francisco was laudable, as was his effort to secure free Muni for the city’s youths. And yet, months into the campaign, he largely failed to outline a substantive new vision beyond a state housing bond to provide a dedicated stream of funding for affordable housing. To be clear, this is a fine idea. But, as illustrated by the recent “no slums in the sunset” debacle — where neighborhood residents opposed the construction of a 100% affordable development on ostensibly aesthetic grounds — California’s housing fight is often less about funding than obstinance.

Campos described himself in an interview as an “only Nixon can go to China” progressive — with the cachet to talk reluctant communities into accepting bold plans for new housing, because of his own track record on the issue; he was an architect of the Mission Moratorium, which would have halted, possibly for years, any housing development in that neighborhood that wasn’t 100% affordable. Overcoming anti-housing intransigence at the state level, however, will demand more than one politician’s personal touch. It will require ideas and vigilance.

Haney offers such ideas. Campos offers assurances. We’ll take ideas every time.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KRON) – As San Francisco drops its indoor mask mandate, hope for returning to somewhat of a normal continues as large city events will return this year.

San Francisco Pride, which usually draws millions of people to the city, will finally return this year with in-person celebrations and the big parade for the first time since the pandemic began.

San Francisco Pride plans to come back bigger and better this year after cancellations of its large in-person events over the last two years.

KRON4 first reported on the return of the in-person pride parade and weekend celebrations in January but now businesses and city leaders are gearing up as COVID restrictions start to dwindle.

“For a lot of our community, Pride is bigger than any holiday of the year you know? It’s a time when we can be free,” Jolene Linsangan said.

Jolene Linsangan owns a queer bar, Jolene’s, in the Mission District. She says San Francisco Pride not only embraces its community but it also brings in business for queer spaces, something that’s desperately needed since the beginning of the pandemic.

“It’s really going to help us out. We lost a year and even without the pandemic, it’s really hard for our spaces to survive and so that one time of year which is the biggest celebration is where we get a lot of our income to stay afloat,” Linsangan said.

In addition to planning special events at Jolene’s over Pride weekend, Linsangan also wants to take on an even larger production this year as executive director of the women’s stage.

“That means the world to me. Knowing that I’ve been producing women’s events for 15+ years now I get to really showcase the people I’ve been working with,” Linsangan said.

The two-day celebration and rally will take place on June 25 and 26. While a full schedule of events isn’t out yet, city Supervisor Rafael Mandelman says the city will continue to adjust as needed, but he’s hopeful for the Pride show that San Francisco know-how to throw.

“We have to be adaptable and resilient as we’ve been these last couple of years. I don’t think we know exactly what COVID 19 holds in store for this year but if we are in fact moving into the endemic phase of COVID, we’re hoping it will feel a lot like pride did back before,” Supervisor Rafael Mandelman said.

HAYWARD (CBS SF / BCN) – A person is dead Thursday morning after colliding with a Capitol Corridor train in the Hayward train station area, an agency spokeswoman said.

All passengers on the train were switched to BART and the train stopped at Hayward station for more than three hours. At about 10:20 a.m. train 524 left again, said Bakar.

Capitol Corridor stated on Twitter that the delay was due to a so-called “intruder incident”. A second tweet said that another train, train 523, stopped at Oakland Coliseum station because of the delays with train 524.

Finally, train 523 was almost an hour late. Just after 9 a.m., the Capitol Corridor said that train 524 was still stopping at Hayward Station because of the incident.

UPDATE: Train 524 is currently on hold in Hayward (HAY) due to an intruder incident. We will update when more information is available. #CapitolCorridor #CapitolCorridor
