* EFFECTS… Gusty winds can sweep around unsecured objects. trees
thrown off and power failures may occur. frost and
Frost conditions affect unprotected/slightly protected animals
populations, kill crops, other sensitive plants and possibly
damage unprotected outdoor installations.
Be extra careful when driving, especially when driving at high speed
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
