Space HVAC chief expands to Orlando, plans to rent 150 individuals | Enterprise Observer
SARASOTA – CoolToday, one of the leading HVAC brands in the Sarasota Manatee market, is expanding to Orlando.
The new location will offer an HVAC service in 2021, according to a statement. Plumbing and electrical installations are to be added by 2022. The company plans to employ 150 people at the new location by 2024 and is currently hiring qualified technicians.
“We are very excited to have started in Orlando, my home, for the past 23 years,” said Barry Weiss, general manager of Orlando CoolToday, in the statement. “Expanding our service in Central Florida is a great opportunity for us. We plan to build on the excellent level of service Floridians have come to expect while working with community groups and organizations in the areas we serve. “
The address of the new location is 6203 Chancellor Ave., Suite 3600, Orlando.
Founded in 1963, CoolToday has six locations nationwide offering HVAC, plumbing, electrical services and maintenance. It is part of Wrench Group LLC and a national leader in repair, replacement and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, plumbing and electrical services.
