Rosewood San Francisco To Open In 2026

Rosewood San Francisco will occupy 15 floors of the 61-story, approximately 1.1 million square meter building in the new center of the city. Designed by internationally recognized Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the 800-foot, super-tall building is the last of the larger downtown area San Francisco Skyscraper developments for the foreseeable future and one of only three projects with a direct connection to Salesforce Park via a pedestrian skybridge. In addition to the hotel, the tower will offer incomparable residential, office and retail space and an extensive pedestrian zone.

In addition to its prime location, Rosewood San Francisco offers around 180 expertly furnished guest rooms and suites with locally inspired designs by Joyce Wang Studio and breathtaking views of the surrounding city and park. The amenities include Asaya, the pioneering wellness concept from Rosewood, and a fully equipped fitness and exercise studio with an indoor pool. The hotel will also offer a variety of spacious function rooms, a unique indoor and outdoor restaurant, a pastry shop, living room and the Manor Club, the brand’s signature private lounge concept.
