Last week we took a trip to a recently renovated home near the Five Points neighborhood, not far from downtown San Antonio. This week we are traveling outside of San Antonio to New Braunfels, right at the foot of the Texas Hill Country, to look at a luxury one-bedroom apartment. The complex is called the Avenues at Creekside because it sits in the Creekside area at 625 Creekside Way, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
Creekside is a neighborhood that is northeast of New Braunfels that is anchored by stores like Target, an H-E-B plus!, and an EVO Entertainment Center. It’s also filled with other apartment complexes. So, how much does this one-bedroom cost at Creekside compared to the others?

The unit uses an open concept to have all the living spaces in one room.

So, how much does this one-bedroom apartment cost? The Craigslist post says the apartment costs $1,116 per month. The median rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the area is $1,209, according to Zumper.
