This week we are heading back toward central San Antonio in a neighborhood just north of downtown. This three-bedroom home at 517 E. Mistletoe, San Antonio, TX 78212 in Tobin Hill has received some recent upgrades, according to the listing.
The home is less than a minute from the St. Mary’s Strip, which is a food destination by day and popular nightlife spot when the sun goes down. There is, however, the crowd to contend with on the weekend. Still, Tobin Hill is a popular area and that could affect the rental price along with those renovations.
