* WHAT… For the freeze warning, freezing temperatures so low
as 30 expected. For the wind recommendation southerly winds of 20 to 30 mph
with gusts of up to 50 km/h.

* WHERE…Santa Lucia Mountains and Los Padres National Forest
and Mountains of San Benito and Interior Monterey County
including Pinnacles National Park.

* WHEN… For the freeze warning, from midnight tonight until 9am
PST Saturday. For wind advice by 9:00 a.m. PST
Morning.

* EFFECTS… Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and
Reduce visibility due to blowing snow at higher elevations.
Branches may be blown over and a few power outages may occur
Result. Freezing and freezing conditions are dangerous
destroy unprotected or poorly protected populations, crops,
