low as 34 expected. For the wind recommendation south winds 20 to
30 mph expected with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE… East Bay Interior Valleys, Santa Cruz Mountains,
Eastern Santa Clara Hills and East Bay Hills.
* WHEN… For the first freeze warning by 9:00am PST here
Morning. For the second frost warning tonight from midnight
through 9am PST Friday. For the Wind Advisory from 4:00 p.m
Afternoon through 4pm PST Friday.
* EFFECTS… Gusty winds can sweep around unsecured objects. Tree
Limbs could be ripped off and some power outages may result.
Freezing and freezing conditions are dangerous for unprotected or
marginally protected populations, crops devastating, others vulnerable
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor installations.
Be extra careful when driving, especially when driving at high speed
