* WHAT…For the freeze warning, freezing temperatures like
low as 34 expected. For the wind recommendation south winds 20 to
30 mph expected with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE… East Bay Interior Valleys, Santa Cruz Mountains,
Eastern Santa Clara Hills and East Bay Hills.

* WHEN… For the freeze warning, from midnight tonight until 9am
PST Friday. For the wind advice from 4:00 p.m. this afternoon to 4:00 p.m
PM PST Friday.

* EFFECTS… Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and
Reduce visibility due to blowing snow at higher elevations.
Branches may be blown over and a few power outages may occur
Result. Freezing and freezing conditions are dangerous
destroy unprotected or poorly protected populations, crops,
