Federal Residence Mortgage Financial institution of San Francisco Pronounces 2020 Director Election Outcomes

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – The San Francisco Federal Home Loan Bank today announced the results of its 2020 director election.

The members of the bank elected Lori R. Gay to a position of Independent Director of Public Interest who was not a member and elected F. Daniel Siciliano to a position of Independent Director who was not a member. Ms. Gay served for 30 years as the president and chief executive officer of Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) in Los Angeles County, a not-for-profit lender, developer, and neighborhood revitalization company. Under Lori’s leadership, the NHS has grown to become the largest affordable home owner in Southern California, reaching more than 4.7 million families with financial advice, affordable credit, and home remediation services. Mr. Siciliano is a Stanford Law School (CodeX) Fellow and co-founder of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance in Stanford, California.

The Bank’s California members also re-elected Jeffrey K. Ball and Simone Lagomarsino as California member directors. Mr. Ball is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Friendly Hills Bank in Whittier, California. Ms. Lagomarsino is the President and Executive Director of Luther Burbank Savings, Gardena, California.

Each of these four positions has a term of four years, beginning on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2024.
