Wrench Group, LLC (“Wrench”), a national leader in home service, announced that Boothe’s Heating, Air & Plumbing, based in Hollywood, Maryland, has been added to the company’s regional family of brands. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction extends the Wrench Group’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. Founded in 1993, Boothe’s provides a wide range of services to homeowners in southern Maryland, including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, plumbing, and drainage.
