The San Francisco-Bay Area Air Quality Control District has extended its air quality recommendations for forest fire smoke in the area through Monday.

The Aviation District has been issuing recommendations over the course of several weeks as various forest fires are breaking out across the state, with the occasional reserve air warning to ban burning firewood if smoke levels exceed federal health standards. Issued but smoke is a Workers Day holiday weekend.
