2024 World Collection odds: Dodgers keep on the right track; Pink Sox heating up
We are about to head into July of the MLB season, and the Los Angeles Dodgers continue to perform.
Despite losing shortstop Mookie Betts and pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto to injuries that will sideline them for some time, the Dodgers went 4-2 against the Colorado Rockies and Los Angeles Angels last week, bringing their record to 48-31.
Not surprisingly, the Dodgers remain the odd-on favorite to win the World Series, as they have all season.
Let’s take a look at every team’s updated 2024 World Series odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of June 24.

A big reason L.A. has been able to keep everything rolling smoothly? Shohei Ohtani, of course.
As of Monday, the superstar slugger has been scorching the last seven games, batting .481 with seven home runs, 12 RBIs, seven walks and only two strikeouts.
In the two games against his former team, he had a home run in each, including a 459-foot blast that marked his fourth homer of at least 450 feet last week alone.
Ohtani’s hot streak, coupled with the improved play of Jason Heyward and Cavan Biggio, has the Dodgers sitting pretty and, don’t look now, but three-time Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw had his first rehab start on June 20, and could return to the lineup sometime in July.
Los Angeles is formidable and their +310 odds to win it all reflect that.
The team that made the biggest positive jump this week was the Red Sox. Opening at +11000 last week, Boston’s odds have shortened all the way to +6000 in the past seven days.
FOX Sports MLB analyst Ben Verlander took notice of their recent spirited play in his weekly power rankings.
“The Red Sox keep on rolling. After taking four of six from the Phillies and Yankees, the Red Sox won five of six this past week, including a sweep of the Toronto Blue Jays.
“Jarren Duran has suddenly emerged as one of the best outfielders in all of baseball. He stole three more bases and hit a pair of homers this past week, giving him seven on the season to go with a .288/.352/.483 slash line. Tanner Houck is still shoving, too. He’s 7-5 with a 2.14 ERA this season.”
