BEAUTY fans are going wild for a bargain product to help fight the signs of ageing.
Of course, it’s easy to spend the big bucks on beauty products, especially when it comes to looking younger, but the price of this serum makes it a total win-win.
And it’s no surprise, it comes from Olay, a favourite of skincare addicts for over 50 years.
Their Regenerist Anti Ageing Firming Serum has been raved about recently – and the best part is the price has just been slashed.

Sounds pretty good, right?

“I have been trying numerous skincare treatments as gone through menopause and my skin is so dry – delighted I tried this brilliant made a big difference in short period of time,” one wrote.

And a third agreed: “Use this twice a day, it’s very silky and have started to see a improvement to my fine lines.”
The serum isn’t the only product that’s been praised by fans recently though, skincare lovers have also been raving about the new Retinal 0.2% Emulsion.
The Ordinary already offers several different retinoid-based products, from Retinol 0.2% in Squalane for beginners, all the way up to Granactive 5% Retinoid in Squalane for those more accustomed to using the skincare ingredient.
Their new £15 serum is their strongest yet, and suitable for only the most advanced user.
The Ordinary called retinal ‘retinol’s stronger sister’; otherwise known as retinaldehyde, it’s closer to pure vitamin A than retinol.
Shoppers have been singing its praises too, one said: “Get your glow back” adding “I already have great skin (thanks, Mom!) but it is changing naturally a little as I age.
“This retinal has been helping me get my glow back. Will continue using this.”
Another called it a “must try”, adding “I have to say that I feel it does work.
“My skin feels like it’s a lot smoother and my dark spots seem to be lighter while my face feels brighter and firmer. The emulsion didn’t have a scent and went on smoothly.”
And a third called it a “Magic Eraser for the Face”, adding that “I was starkly impressed with the results of the screen after using it three times you begin to see the difference in the refinement of the texture on the surface of your skin.
“Fine lines fade and the texture of the skin and the feel becomes more satin-like! I will be adding this to my skincare arsenal.
“For me, this was a golden buzzer product when you can use something three times and see the difference that’s enough for me. Even the immediate effects of this retinol are obvious the skin feels more moisturized than more supple.”
The importance of sun cream in your skincare routine
Dermatologist and skincare enthusiast Andrea Suarez – known as Dr Dray – revealed why you should wear suncream.
The one thing you can do that will make the biggest difference – and this matters for all ages – is protecting your skin from the sun, Andrea stressed.
“The vast majority of external aging is due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation,” she continued, not because you’re “not using some jazzy serum or layering 90 different things on your face everyday”.
“If you’re not doing in your 20s, get on that now.”
But she said the use of sun cream alone doesn’t go far enough. Andrea urged that you also wear sun-protective clothing like broad-brimmed hats and long sleeves, on top of not staying out too long in the sun.
Doing this over your lifetime – and all year, not just during the summer or on sunny days – “will reduce the visible signs of photoageing”, Andrea said.
Those are wrinkles, muddled pigmentation and sagging skin.
