Aerotek, part of the Allegis Group Craig Sivers as regional vice president for the Midwest, responsible for developing sales and supply strategies to serve customers throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky – states formerly part of Aerotek’s South and Central regions. Sivers joined Aerotek in 2005; After Aerotek split into three separate operating companies in 2020, he assumed the newly created position of Director of Sales Operations for Michigan.

Floyd Lee Locums, a North Charleston, South Carolina-based recruitment firm Marc Green as executive director of the Department of Government Affairs, dedicated to supporting federal and state health workforce needs. Greene joins Floyd Lee Locums after spending decades in the defense and medical sectors. Greene is also a board member of the Low County American Red Cross.

Appointed San Francisco-based SmartRecruiters, which offers a range of talent acquisition technologies Michael Desimone as the company’s new CEO. DeSimone was previously CEO of ShopKeep, a cloud-based point-of-sale systems provider that was acquired by Lightspeed POS, where he most recently served as chief business officer for two years.

Fusion Medical Staffing has expanded and appointed its leadership team Dan DeVeney as VP of Fusion Marketplace and Brian McCulloch as VP Sales. DeVeney comes to Fusion from Spreetail, where he was a senior director. Prior to Spreetail, DeVeney held management positions at Oriental Trading Company and Hayneedle. McCulloch has extensive mortgage lending and banking experience and was most recently VP of Business Performance at Honor Technology. As VP of Sales, McCulloch will lead Fusion’s nursing, allied and long-term care sales divisions, as well as the sales onboarding and training team. Fusion’s three brands include Fusion Medical Staffing, Fusion Marketplace and Fusion Workforce Solutions.

BGSF, a Plano, Texas-based staffing firm Donna Caroll With 30 years of recruitment experience, Carroll most recently served as chief sales officer for a private US $400 million healthcare staffing and services company. Carroll has held multiple leadership positions in global organizations including Adecco, Randstad, CDI and North Highland Consulting.

TRU Staffing Partners added three staff members to support recruitment and operational efforts: Kayleigh MooreRecruitment Manager, is based in Phoenix, Arizona; Al Laurin, talent scout, data protection, lives in Alberta, Canada; And Monique day, Assistant Operations Manager, lives in Texas. Also based in Pennsylvania Stacey Pcholinksi was promoted to the new role of data analysis and automation manager.

PSG Global Solutions, an RPO provider for the healthcare industry, added David Ludolf as senior VP for RPO delivery. He will lead full-cycle RPO efforts, developing and implementing RPO strategies, managing customer relationships, and training and deploying team members.

Cornstone Consulting Organization, an Ohio-based provider of business consulting and recruitment services Bret Petkus as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations. He has over 25 years of commercial medical experience and lives in Texas.

The Blue Collar Recruiter, an Austin, Texas-based recruitment agency Jeff Schoenberg as President and owner of his first franchise in Ambler, Philadelphia. Schonberg has over 20 years of combined experience in the executive search and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and home service industries.
