* IMPLICATIONS… Cold conditions are affecting vulnerable populations
or people with power outages. It can also kill crops,
other vulnerable vegetation and possible damage unprotected
outdoor installation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS… Don’t forget to protect pets from
freezing conditions.
Take measures now to protect tender plants from the cold. Impede
Freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes should
wrapped, drained or slowly drained. Those who have
Underground sprinkler systems should drain and cover over them.
Earth pipes to protect them from freezing.
