Last week we looked at a luxury apartment that was on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and surrounded by a golf course. We’re going to stay on the Far Northside for this week’s entry of Guess the Rent, looking at a one-bedroom apartment at a resort-style complex that sits smack dab in The Rim. Berkshire at the Rim is located at 5650 Worth Pkwy., San Antonio, TX 78257.

Living in this apartment complex puts you near plenty of retail, an IMAX Santikos theater, and multiple restaurant options. It’s right across the highway from Six Flags: Fiesta Texas and the Shops at La Cantera.

So how much does it cost to live in this apartment? Let’s find out.

The dining and living room space blend together.

In typical modern apartment fashion, we have the dining area and living room space all in one room. The kitchen is right behind us.

The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances.

This kitchen shows off the wood flooring and quartz countertops. You can also see the stainless steel appliances, which seems standard in most apartments these days. 

Large windows like the one in this bedroom are best for plenty of natural light.

Now on to the bedroom, which has enough space for a queen size bed and other bedroom furniture.

You’ll have to cross the restroom to get to the walk-in closet.

We’ll close with a look at the main bathroom, which has all the necessary staples. The walk-in closet is toward the back of the restroom. 

So how much does this apartment cost per month? The Craigslist post says it cost $1,302 per month. The apartment hunter on this post is offering up two weeks free.
