Riverside acquires Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning of Texas

The Riverside Co. has acquired Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning, an Austin, Texas-based provider of plumbing, sewage and HVAC maintenance services, as its newest portfolio company.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Radiant was founded in 1999 by Brad and Sarah Casebier and has an annual customer base of nearly 12,000 in the Austin area.
Riverside also highlights the company’s good press and recognition for things like corporate culture. Recognized as the top place to work in the Austin market, Radiant has garnered attention in recent years for its light-hearted, pop culture-inspired toilet-themed window displays.
“We are excited to be working with Brad and Sarah to fuel the growth efforts of an already thriving organization,” said Meranee Phing, Riverside senior partner, in a statement. We plan to support organic growth in Austin as well as inorganic growth in plumbing and HVAC services in Texas and beyond. This could include the addition of complementary services such as electrical engineering.”
Riverside pointed out that Radiant is one of many investments the company has made in the home services space.
Riverside is a global private equity firm, jointly headquartered in Cleveland, that invests in growing businesses valued at up to $ 400 million in small and medium-sized businesses.
