Adria Dental buys majority stake in Slovenian dental clinic – deal advisor


May 14 (SeeNews) – Croatia’s Adria Dental Group has bought a majority stake in Slovenian dental clinic Ordinacija Dr. Kovacic from local dental services provider Kora Dens, a deal advisor to the seller said.

Ordinacija Dr. Kovacic is one of the leading dental clinics in Slovenia with a 50-year family tradition, Data-Link Unija Consulting, which acted as financial advisor to the seller, said in a press release on Monday, without disclosing the size of the acquired stake and the value of the transaction.

Adria Dental Group claims to be the largest dental services business in central and southeastern Europe with over 550 employees. Over the past two years, the group has grown into a network of ten clinics, nine dental laboratories and more than 100 dental offices.

Adria Dental Group, majority owned by Croatian investment company Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), posted a net profit of 3.5 million euro ($3.8 million) on revenue of 5.06 million euro in 2022, according to the latest data available from Finance Analytics – Dun & Bradstreet.
