Neighborhood Well being Alliance Internet hosting Cellular Dental Program Clinics | Information

The Community Health Alliance and LIBERTY Dental Plan of Nevada are hosting Mobile Dental Program clinics for pediatric patients in April.

These clinics will provide dental services to patients between the ages of 0-20.

Services include oral exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants and fillings, hygiene instructions, and nutritional counseling.

• Thursday, April 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Thursday, April 25 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  Community Health Alliance’s Nell J. Redfield Health Center, Sun Valley

Community Health Alliance accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.

Patients without insurance may be eligible for discounted services.

Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.
