These San Francisco properties bought for lower than $1M in November

Six-figure homes in San Francisco are an extremely rare commodity, as our monthly Zillow listings review has repeatedly proven. In November 2022, at least 11 properties sold for less than $1 million; As for the eighth most expensive city in the world, that’s actually (unfortunately) a solid number.
But what does a home in the high hundreds of thousands of dollars actually do for you? Usually a couple of bedrooms, one bathroom (sometimes two) and, if you’re lucky, some renovated interiors.
Check out our findings from November Zillow below, including a Potrero Hill heist, and some deeply depressing reality checks on how much those same properties have cost over the last several decades.
